We are a family run B&B located in Linlithgow, 17km from Edinburgh airport, 26 km from Edinburgh Zoo and 32 km from Murrayfield Stadium.

This popular B&B is ideal for people travelling to and from Edinburgh airport, with fantastic road and rail links to Edinburgh and the heartland of Scotland’s central belt.

Providing free private parking, the 3-star bed and breakfast is 16 km from Hopetoun House. At the bed and breakfast, all units have a desk, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. The units are equipped with heating facilities. Guests can also relax in the private kitchen, lounge and dining areas.

We have two accommodations, namely Cockelroy View and the Garden room.
